Viewedplays Remodeling is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers. If you run a remodeling business and want more homeowner calls, you may be a fit for our network.

This is not a job posting. We do not hire employees or crews for remodeling work. You stay independent, and you run your own jobs.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for local providers who do real projects, not small repairs. That includes:

• Bathroom remodelers, including tub and shower conversions and walk-in tubs or showers
• Custom bathroom renovation and luxury bath upgrade specialists
• Kitchen remodeling contractors

You should serve homeowners in the Orlando area. Work on site-built homes, condos and townhomes is a plus. We do not refer mobile home work.

What We Expect

Homeowners come to us wanting to understand price. So we expect providers to be open about it.

• Hold any license, registration or insurance your state and local rules require
• Give written, itemized quotes
• Explain scope, timing and payment steps in plain words
• Be honest about what you can and cannot take on
• Treat homeowners with respect, with no pressure tactics
• Answer referred calls and follow up

We do not accept claims we cannot check. Be ready to show proof of your credentials when asked.

How to Apply

Send a short email to contact@viewedplays.property. Please include:

• Your business name and the areas you serve
• The kinds of projects you take on
• Your typical project size
• Your license details, where your state requires one
• A good contact number and the way you prefer to be reached

We review each request. Not every provider is accepted, and we cannot promise a set number of calls. Volume depends on your area, your services and demand.
