How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Viewedplays Remodeling wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you contacted Viewedplays Remodeling
- The way we handled your personal information
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project goes wrong, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Know the limits, though: Viewedplays Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@viewedplays.property and include:
- Your name and the easiest way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will email to confirm we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will share what we found and any steps we plan to take.
Still Unhappy?
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
